Delivery & Access Help
Information about accessing your purchase, downloading the documentation package, and extracting the master ZIP file delivered automatically after checkout.
How Digital Delivery Works
After completing your purchase, the documentation package is delivered as a secure digital download via email.
A confirmation message is sent to the email address entered at checkout containing the link to download the master ZIP file. This email contains a link to download the master ZIP file that includes the full documentation framework.
The download link allows up to three download attempts. To avoid using multiple attempts unnecessarily, it is recommended to download the file using a stable internet connection and save it directly to your computer.
If you do not see the email shortly after purchase, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.
Download Instructions
-
Locate Your Email
Check the email address used at checkout for the delivery message containing your download link. If you do not see the message shortly after purchase, check your spam or junk folder.
-
Download the Master ZIP File
Click the download link in the email and save the master ZIP file to your computer. It is recommended to download the file using a stable internet connection to avoid interrupted downloads.
-
Extract the ZIP File
After the download completes, extract the ZIP file to access the full documentation framework and folder structure. The extracted folder will contain the full documentation framework, including policies, procedures, templates, and supporting artifacts.
Opening the Master ZIP File
The documentation package is delivered as a compressed ZIP file containing the full folder structure and all supporting artifacts.
Before reviewing the files, the ZIP file must be extracted to a location on your computer. Most operating systems provide a built-in extraction feature that allows you to access the contents easily.
On Windows, right-click the ZIP file and select Extract All, then choose the destination folder where the files should be saved.
On Mac, double-click the ZIP file. The system will automatically extract the contents into a new folder in the same location.
Once the extraction process is complete, open the newly created folder to access the full documentation framework and file structure.
To ensure proper access to all files, avoid opening documents directly from the compressed ZIP preview. Extracting the file first will allow the complete folder structure to function as intended.
Download Limits & Access Guidance
To help ensure reliable delivery, the download link provided after purchase allows up to three download attempts.
Most customers only need a single download. Repeated attempts can occur if the download is interrupted or if the link is clicked multiple times before the file has fully downloaded.
To avoid unnecessary download attempts, it is recommended to download the file using a stable internet connection and save the ZIP file directly to your computer.
If a download attempt fails due to a connection issue or other interruption, avoid repeatedly retrying the link. Instead, contact support so the issue can be reviewed and download access can be restored if necessary.
This approach helps ensure that customers can access their purchase without unnecessary complications.
Common Access Questions
-
I Didn’t Receive the Download Email
Check the spam or junk folder for the email address used at checkout. Delivery messages are typically sent within a few minutes of purchase. If the email cannot be located, contact support for assistance.
-
My Download Failed
Downloads may fail if the internet connection is interrupted. Ensure you are using a stable connection and download the file directly to your computer rather than opening it inside the browser preview.
