The products offered through Artifact Factory consist of structured documentation materials, templates, policies, procedures, plans, logs, and supporting artifacts intended to help organizations prepare for CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts. Access to downloadable files constitutes delivery.
Artifact Factory does not sell physical goods, managed services, legal advice, certification, or customized implementation services unless expressly stated in writing.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a digital product from Artifact Factory. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and access has been provided or confirmed. If we are unable to accept or fulfill an order, we may notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.
Because Artifact Factory products are digital and access is typically provided shortly after purchase, cancellation may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Applicable taxes, if any, may be added at checkout as required by law. Because Artifact Factory products are delivered digitally, no shipping or physical handling charges apply.
You represent and warrant that all payment information submitted is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Digital Delivery
All Artifact Factory products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon successful payment, customers are provided access to downloadable files or digital delivery instructions. Access to the purchased files constitutes delivery.

License and Permitted Use
Purchase of an Artifact Factory product grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials internally within the purchaser’s business or organization.

Except for the limited internal-use license granted upon purchase, no right, title, or interest in any Artifact Factory intellectual property is transferred to you.
Unauthorized copying, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of the website content or purchased materials is prohibited.
Product Scope and No Guarantee of Outcome
Artifact Factory is a documentation product designed to support organizations preparing for CMMC Level 2 compliance efforts. It is not a guarantee of certification, assessment success, regulatory approval, contract eligibility, or any specific business outcome.
Purchase and use of Artifact Factory does not replace the need for organization-specific implementation, technical controls, operational processes, evidence collection, internal decision-making, legal review, or formal assessment by an authorized C3PAO.
You are responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate for your organization’s needs, environment, and intended use.
Refunds and Finality of Sale
Because Artifact Factory products are digital and access is provided electronically, sales are generally final once delivery has occurred.
Refund eligibility, limited exceptions, and related procedures are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
